All course distances are measured to be as accurate as possible, but as always buoys can drift a little and paddlers can deviate from a  straight line.

SPRINTS: 200m Sprints, Elimination heats. Sprints will be held in the flat waters of Marine Stadium.

DISTANCE Courses (2 options, but ONLY the 10K option counts towards overall points):

10k Option (NOTE, although the 10K course leaves the harbor area, this is NOT an open ocean course with breaking waves. There will be moderate boat, and possibly some wind, swell but no ocean waves) :

5k Option: 

TECHNICAL Racing (Elimination heats) Approx. 800m
